The Foundation organized and sponsored the tournament in association with local chess organization Renaissance Knights Foundation and the United States Chess Federation (USCF).<\/p>\n<p>In total, 449 players from 27 states were represented at this year\u2019s tournament, which took place on April 22<sup>nd<\/sup> \u2013 24<sup>th<\/sup>.
