1,240+ K \u2013 12 Students Across Greater NY Participated in This Year\u2019s Tournament.<\/strong><\/p>\n

New York, NY, Jan. 11, 2016 \u2014 <\/strong>Kasparov Chess Foundation (KCF) held its 2016 Greater New York Scholastic Championships on Sat., Jan. 9th<\/sup> and Sun., Jan. 10th<\/sup>, at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. According to Chief Arbiter, David Hater, the tournament attracted 1,242 students from across the New York Metropolitan area, representing the biggest turnout in the tournament\u2019s 50-year history.<\/p>\n
