The upcoming Kasparov Chess Foundation (KCF) Friendship Festival 2026 is already generating excitement across the international chess world. Scheduled for June 25 \u2013 July 5, 2026 in the beautiful spa town of Radenci, Slovenia, the festival is expected to attract players, coaches, students, and chess fans from more than 30 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than just a chess tournament, the Friendship Festival combines elite competition, youth development, education, and community-building into a unique international celebration of the game. Events include an International Open Tournament, blitz competitions, kids tournaments, training camps, coaching conferences, and special appearances by former World Champion Garry Kasparov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The festival\u2019s International Chess Camp, led by renowned trainers including Grandmaster Adrian Mikhalchishin, will offer young players and aspiring competitors a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best minds in chess while enjoying a fun, multicultural summer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
